We help initiate the managing and closing of financial, health, estate, and social media accounts, relieving you of the administrative burden during a difficult time. Our goal is to ensure closure, reduce risk, and provide peace of mind.

Discovery & Identification:

We collect information from you and related stakeholders, search credit reports and public records, and identify all relevant accounts and obligations.

Account Closure:

We generate and send the necessary forms and letters to initiate and help facilitate account closures, verify and validate each notification, and keep you updated throughout.

Resource Channeling:

We help you access unclaimed assets, manage notifications, and ensure you are aware of potential legal and financial obligations that need to be met.

Final Reporting:

At the end, you receive a comprehensive closure package documenting all actions taken and accounts closed.

The duration of time varies depending on the complexity of the estate and the number of accounts requested to be notified.  On average, you can expect the process to take anywhere from a few weeks or a couple of months with the Basic package to several weeks and a couple of months with the higher tiered packages.  Some steps, such as retrieving official documents for upload (like death certificates) may delay the initiation of the process.  In addition, awaiting responses from institutions, may be unpredictable at times take additional time.  Regardless, we keep you informed at every stage in our process and work as efficiently as possible.
