The Future

Our future is simple: establish trust, build strong systems, stay compliant, and scale only when the foundation is proven.

Our Commitment to your Security and Privacy

Your loved one’s information is sacred, therefore, we take security and privacy very seriously.  We are dedicated to ensuring all data is protected at every step.

Industry-Standard Encryption & Compliance

We use bank-level 256-bit AES encryption for all data transmission and storage, meeting PCI DSS standards for payment processing and HIPAA protocols for sensitive health and estate records.  The same security standards trusted by leading financial institutions and funeral homes.

Strict Access Controls & Role-Based Permissions

When required, only authorized case managers and support staff access client data through unique login credentials and multi-factor authentication. We maintain granular role-based permissions, meaning your information is only visible to the team members actively handling your case.

Employee Training & Industry Compliance

Every team member completes annual training on data protection, secure handling of sensitive records, and breach response protocols, meeting OSHA, FTC Funeral Rule, and state estate closure regulations. We treat your loved one’s information with the same care and respect as leading funeral homes and estate attorneys.

Proven Track Record & No Data Incidents

We maintain 100% compliance across all security audits with zero data breaches since launch. Your information is never sold, shared for marketing, or retained longer than legally required. We delete and securely destroy all records once your case is closed and legal retention periods expire.
